Our Process
1. Arrangements
Make the arrangements online or call our care team to notify of your loved ones passing
2. Collect & Care
We bring your loved one into our personal care when the family is ready
3. Registration
We register your loved one's death and obtain copies of the death certificate on your behalf
4. Cremation
We perform a private, dignified cremation in our own crematory after receiving the cremation permit
5. Delivery
We return your loved one's cremated remains and death certificates to you by priority mail or hand delivery. You can also pick up the cremated remains from one of our locations
